For our Headquarters, we are looking for a Digital Operations Process Engineer who will join the Operations Department and report directly to the Group Logistics Manager. The role will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing Operations processes (logistics, production planning, and production execution), integrating physical processes and information systems in line with the company’s strategic objectives.

The successful candidate will contribute to the continuous improvement of the Operations area, with a strong focus on digitalization and Group best practices. They will also play a key role in the implementation of the Group’s new SAP S/4HANA platform, a transformation program launched in 2023 and currently being rolled out internationally.
This is a key position within a structured organization undergoing significant digital transformation, offering the opportunity to take a leading role in process transformation and Operations digitization projects within a highly technological and international environment.

Key Responsibilities
– Analyze and translate Business Operations requirements (Logistics, Planning, Production) into standardized and scalable Group-wide solutions.
– Take a leading role in Digital Transformation projects acting as Operations Process Specialist for SAP S/4HANA initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
– Map AS-IS and TO-BE processes across manufacturing sites and align them with the SAP S/4HANA Global Template.
– Act as a bridge between Business and IT, managing requirements, gap analyses, and solution design together with consulting partners.
– Support SAP PP / MES rollout activities, including testing, data migration, system configuration, cut-over, and go-live.
– Drive KPI monitoring and post go-live continuous improvement initiatives through a proactive, data-driven approach.
– Promote and standardize Operations best practices across Group manufacturing sites.
– Support training activities and change management initiatives to ensure adoption of standardized processes and digital solutions across Group sites.

Candidate Profile
– We are looking for a talented Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronic Engineer with 3-7 years of experience in Operations within structured and complex manufacturing environments.
– The ideal candidate has worked in capital-intensive, technology-driven organizations; however, experience gained in labor-intensive environments and/or consulting firms will also be highly valued, especially where it has enabled the development of an end-to-end process perspective, a fast learning capability, and a strong results-oriented mindset.

Key Skills
– End-to-end Operations: Logistics, Planning (APS), Production, MES.
– Demand & Supply Planning: Forecasting, order confirmation, material and capacity planning.
– Production Execution: Order tracking, traceability, routings, and standard times management.
– Lean Manufacturing / TPS / WCM and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
– APS & MES systems; knowledge of SAP PP / EWM / EM is considered a plus.
– Fluent English, with the ability to operate effectively in international environments.
– Willingness to travel nationally, across Europe, and outside the EU within a highly international and innovation-driven context.

Salary
– Fixed Salary Range: 40.000 – 60.000 €.
– Variable Salary: 7% – 10%.
